I heard tonight that msft's real motive is to force sunw to sue so that they can use it as an excuse to get out of java. Once they get out of Java, they can develop their own version of Java, thereby dividing the software community into two camps and relegating Java to the status of just another programing language. This has always been what msft has wanted.
