HRP, MCGC - I sold my starter position in MCGC today and purchased HRP instead. the recent news regarding the sale of properties for ample book gain is inspiring.

I also sold NTWK for a great gain. This may go further but in the current environment I am tempted to cash in gains.

I am heavily weighted in MLP's now - holding EPE, TLP, MGG, NGLS. MWE was sold out for a decent gain. All those had great earnings and I think they will do well, recession or not. I plan on increasing my MLP allocation as opportunities arise.
