Hello --Tom and Brad!!and everyone else!!--I do agree that short term the MMs might be a factor --but Tom made a good point on another thread where I believe he indicated that once a stock was trading a certain number of shares --that the sheer volume and momentum on a consistent basis could carry the price upwards ( provided of course that there is good news being released by the company!!).

I am speculating also that we haven't even seen a taste of some of the excitng things that are going to be happening with in the re-structuring/re-organizing process in CVIA!!

Having said all this--and look at the share trading volumes we have seen in the last two days ( over 9.0 million shares of CVIA traded)--and all the company has really announced is that they are negotiating with a number of companies for a potential merger!!

Basically all they have really said /announced ( at least in my humble opinion) are their plans on how they intend to move the business of the company forward--and that is through the merger process!!

The part that I am really excited about ( and once again only my opinion and guess work!) - is that if the average shares traded of CVIA the last two days was over 4 million shares on this little bit of information that has been announced--What in the world can we expect/ speculate might happen to the share trading volume and share price if we are fortunate enough for a substantial good news announcement with financial data and business plan to back it up with??

I view this next opportunity (speculation merger scenario) for CVIA as a chance to start off with a clean slate--so if I was someone who was intentionally holding the price of the stock down by shorting methods--I would think that those individuals or groups should be a little concerned about who the merger partner company might be--because if it happens to be a credible high profile company with a strong record of success then it could create an interesting challenge for those who are intentionally trying to keep the stock price of a tradable security at the ground floor level!!

Other factors that could come into a merger scenario could be the fact that there could be consideration to do share splitting, share consolidation, maybe getting so many shares of the merging company for so many shares of the current company--if such a scenario did happen ( and once again these are just my opinions and speculation)--in a lot of cases shares would have to be redeemed, switched , what have you ,--so I would guess that any one trying to cover a legally declared short positon might be placed in a challenging position that they might have to frantically scramble and buy the securities back at possibly much higher prices to cover the short position! However if the shorts were undeclared then it would only be one's best guess as to how bizarre the situation got ( And I personnally don't think it would work against the favour of the long positioned CVIA shareholders!!

Finally I'm speculating that anyone who has visionsof shorting or has been shorting CVIA declared or otherwise I think are astute and wise enough to sense that the opportunities that CVIA are currently persuing could be very lucrative for the company and it's shareholders ( once again just speculation on my part)--SO!! -I would think that over the next few weeks as the CVIA scenario starts to unfold--that a more orderly trading environment will begin to unfold for CVIA!!

My speculation is also that I feel that every company and business opportunity is unique in it's own way--and although we can sometimes compare similarities between company situations --I feel that every situation and opportunity is unique onto itself!

I'm guessing that there are lists of companies out there that trade at price ranges that best reflect the business success of those companies--so to think or blame any down turn is caused by someone other then the specific actions and achievements or lack of success of a company on some people who are shorting a stock in some fashion or manner I think is giving them too much credit!!

I am betting , speculating , guessing , that once CVIA has completed the merger efforts that they are currently working towards--the success of the company will be reflected in it's share price---but until that situation takes place ( if in fact it does!)--I will be all eye's and ears viewing and listening to all the opinions expressed on this thread as it relates to the future prognosis of CVIA!!

In closing--these are my opinions only--it is only speculation on my part
-do your own Due Diligence--I am a shareholder in CVIA!

Sorry for being so long winded!!

Regards,

Wayne J.
