Hi... I'm new to this thread (and SI), though I've heard that it is the best source for information and speculation on the web. Mr. Greenspan does have somewhat of a negative effect on the market in general, and even more so on the microcaps... Which is too bad, as MCAR was building a bit of a base at 9.43... The day-traders hate bases (opportunity cost) and as soon as Greenspan (GreenSpam?) said his piece, the short-term players jumped ship. Having said that, I took the opportunity to average-up - I've been in for years, and recently freed some money for just such an occasion. I'd been looking at a couple of penny issues (SMRN, FWRI), but there was not enough volume for comfort. So I am now "way-deep" in MCAR. Have you seen their new Web Site? Damn fine job!
