Called Marlin today. He confirmed what the PR said - that we are now a fully reporting OTC company. ALL material events will have an 8k. That means new contracts, contract modifications, contract renewals, management changes, and the like will all have to be filing via 8k within 72 hours. We also spoke of how important it was going to be for us to be able to see that 2007 audit, and the 2008 revenue as well. Obviously these are all in process, and will be posted in time. re PR's - we spoke in depth about the need to build investor confidence in the way of PR's. I basically said that news has been scarce for quite a while, and could they please be more consistent. He said that of course there will be much more to talk about in the future. Imo, this is not going to be an issue any longer when you consider the fact of 4 filings per year plus all the 8k's. Today is a great day for LABWIRE! Big congrats to the thread. GB-ND creede
