Elroy, your comments have really surprised me. You responded to koan here: siliconinvestor.com "When the value of your home..." You said it, I didn't. "Your home" refers to a single house (Koan's). My hypothetical oil field in my comparison is not my house. I didn't say anything about selling my house off 4% per year. I said, "If it was my oil field, for argument's sake, I could sell it 4% a year for 25 years and then never need another one." I don't know what was going on today but I'll just drop my end and chalk it up to the weather.
