So Creede.... does that mean a 10QSB for the period ending of March 31, 2008 will be filed by May 15th in a timely manner?

re:that we are now a fully reporting OTC company. ALL material events will have an 8k. That means new contracts, contract modifications, contract renewals, management changes, and the like will all have to be filing via 8k within 72 hours.
