WIND had an up-day, but failed to "pierce" the previous day, Greg... ...textbook sez the body's gotta go up more than half-way up the previous day's body (but Nison cautions on being so "technical"). RATL looks all beat-up, kinda drifting around down there, ain't he? Maybe he'll fill that little window. I'm having a hard time tryin' to find something that looks clearly bullish right now; mebbe I need to put on some rose-coloured glasses, or mebbe this is the perfect contrarian indicator!
