Don't know how in the windows environment, but in DOS use the BACKUP.EXE and RESTORE.EXE files. To backup, ya gotta have all yer floppies already formatted and ready to go. I can't remember the syntax, so you'll hafta wrestle it up out of a DOS manual, but it will split the file up into floppy sized chunks and dump em onto the disks. Important thing is to label the sequence of disks since you will need to have them, in order for the restore on the next PC...
