Vanni: you mention the U.S. several times and the laws. If Cowpland sold his shares on the TSE not on NASDAQ how would U.S. law apply?

My guess is there will be no suit (Sorry!) The Security regulators will conduct an investigation during which the lunch will be served.

Lunch will be a touch of B.S. on a plate of Hype served chilled over promisses. The regulators will be on their way back to T.O. on a full stomach, and the focus will be on the VNC.
