Isn't Alluvium a Beringer blend? I have had it before and liked it. Sort of a subdued Conundrum (which I no longer like). These days I am very happy with a Chilean sauvignon blanc I buy at Total Wine for about $7 per. It has the same style as the New Zealand SB's at half the price. I am not fond of most CA sauvignon blancs. I like Sancerres however and will splurge when I serve raw oysters. Salud. MP
