Yes, very disappointing for me as well regarding recent TSO performance. I shoulda/coulda/dint sell when Kerkorian made his buy offer @ $64, as was done by a poster here, or should have sold when Kerkorian rescinded his offer.

I didn't though and have mostly followed the stock down, selling shares occasionally. Today I closed out my remaining shares about $24 level.

My cost basis under $2/sh. I'll just count my blessings and pay my taxes.
