That isn't some special right that's just incorporating elsewhere. The equivilent of an individual emigrating, and changing citizenship.<<

Tim -

The big difference is that the individual actually has to move out of the country to accomplish it, whereas the corporation doesn't. They can keep doing business in the US, having their real headquarters here, along with 99% of their employees, but avoid taxes because they have become a foreign corporation.
