Why is everybody seeing the bad news on intel missing earnings. It is only 3 cent, or 3.3% below and the market knew that intel would probable miss this quarter. Earnings are up 20% from last year. If intel had a pe like most other tec stocks, the drop in earnings would have cut the price by 30% and not by the 5% we lost today. Missing by just a few pennies when intel had some problems (ramping up pent II, market move to lower priced pc, and that amd think) sounds like good news to me for the next 4 quarters
