re: Why is everybody seeing the bad news on intel missing earnings The problem is not with this quarter. The problem is that 1998 Ests have been cut from the 4.70 range to the 3.85 range. That is a big cut. It has been made by a lot of analysts, not just TK. The 4 TH Q will be a negative quarter 90 cents vs $1.07 this is the concern. Jim
