Well now, this may add some dilution to the equation. could be about 8,000,000 shares, if they pay the $30,000.00 sum and the debenture of $130,000 all in shares. I don't know all of the terms, so I'm purely speculating. I wonder how much the company could've saved if they just settled a long time ago? Legal fees aren't cheap. All my opinion, Shane
