Spent some time on IAR and RHD. What I don't understand is why their shares were priced from at $40 and $80, respectively, less than a year ago.

It's been known for a long time that yellow pages is a dying business.

Another thought - these two are likely to try to merge, and probably get government approval. That could really move the stocks back up.
