"Europe and some other markets have less use for gasoline, which tends to get dumped in the US for what ever price it can fetch" i noticed that the US still imports a lot of gasoline even with the weak margins.. guess this explains it... need to get india and china to buy gasoline vehicles for the benefit of US refiners :)
