"The supplementals are just as official as the original budget bill."

They are officially-authorized legal appropriations, sure....

But they are NOT the official annual Budget of the United States of America.

Which is the WHOLE PROBLEM from my point-of-view.

And the WHOLE PURPOSE of this little shell game that has been played with the American public of 'hiding the costs of the War/Occupation' and 'pretending in the WH's official economic projections and pronouncements that the ongoing federal deficit is smaller then it actually is'.

This particular example of budget chicanery and Tom-foolery has never before in the history of our country been played for SO LONG.... :-(
