Does anybody here watch Kudlow? He's been an oil bear since $35 and until recently was ascribing everything to speculation. Tonight he reversed and said that the price and the move since the beginning of the year could be based on the fundamentals. Capitulation by such a bear could very well be a sign of a top IMO. Especially when put against the background of the failure of the XOI to reflect an almost 2% rise in oil today - a case of Sherlock Holmes' dog that didn't bark --

Inspector Gregory: “Is there any other point to which you would wish to draw my attention?”

Holmes: “To the curious incident of the dog in the night-time.”

“The dog did nothing in the night time.”

“That was the curious incident,” remarked Sherlock Holmes.
