<Because the 486 to P-120 upgrade did not speed up their secratary.> Actually, funny you mention the secrataries because in our organization they were some of the most appreicative people to be upgraded from 486's to Pentiums. Their productivity increased significantly and their moral also improved. The spend a good deal of their time (actually most of their time) making presentation charts for CEO/CFO/BOD reviews and marketing piches. These presentations are done with software packages such as Freelance. There is a huge difference in performance and productivity between processors in their applications. FF
