Phoenix2 I found this from sc13 filing . Will your shares be represented in BK hearing Wed ? Effective as of September 18, 2007, Mr. McKibben resigned as Administrator of the Ampex Trust, and U.S. Trust was appointed to serve in that capacity. Accordingly, Mr. McKibben no longer has any power to direct the disposition of the 172,347 shares of Class A Stock previously reported as held by the Ampex Trust, and therefore no longer beneficially owns such shares. sec.gov
