Still leaves some questions. Are the escrowed shares being returned, or are they being considered as "in its possession"? How many shares are escrowed? What are the terms of the convertible debenture? Was Cornell possibly manipulating the price. Is that what this was really all about? It seems as though this was an awful big battle for what appears to be such a small amount of settlement. All my opinion, Shane
