According to 2003 Annual Report of 4imprint Group plc that listed its Board of Directors, when Ed Bramson was Chairman that year, it stated the following: "...Edward Bramson co-founded New York based Hillside Capital Inc. in 1977 which went on to become the leading pioneer of private equity and leveraged buyout in the U.S...." Check it out for yourselves: ww6.investorrelations.co.uk I trust the attorneys representing the major shareholders at the Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Hearing on Wednesday May 14, 2008 are aware of this incestuous relationship between Ampex and Hillside, if they are not aware of this relationship already. What a greedy bunch of _ _ _ _ _ _ we have working at Ampex Corporation. James Feldman, since you have been coordinating our efforts with the major shareholders (on behalf of the rest of the shareholders), can you please forward this information to them?
