Sonny, Re: INTC-Failure to Warn
Been out of town. First,OT- condolences on the Orioles. Heckuva Series, baseball gods in Cleveland's camp this year. At least Florida won-from those of us who do not care much for Atlanta, and yawning Jane Fonda(did anyone catch that?). Re: INTC- I was certainly lulled into a false sense of security by the manner of INTC not saying squat about earnings, altho I had posted previously that 4th quarter is key. Since I've been a long-termer in INTC &INTCW, never sold, profits up dramatically, more than triple, (but down 25% from all-time high), can't complain, but really believe the speculators, day-traders are going to make this company volatile day-to-day, week-to week, but relatively tight range, until something shows Kurlak & Co. that INTC should get back on someone's PUSH screen. Fact is INTC didn't plummet too badly considering '98 consensus is now below $4.00. Maybe it's no longer Rodney. Need a Jan. or April surprise, get that PE up, because I still see 140 by the Spring. Hear that Sonki? And if the Warrants aren't extended, I'm converting to the stock in Feb. P.S.-Still like the buy of UIS, glad I loaded up, believe in the call for 20 "+" , also by the early Spring.
Kind Regards, Royco |
