Essentially, they believe that Jews should live in Israel, but that Jews shouldn't run Israel politically, because the Messiah hasn't come yet. One the Messiah comes, God will put the Jews in charge.

Of course, most of them feel that the Messiah will be coming in the next few years.

They're as nuts as many of the Zionists, just to a different end.
