Thanks for posting that.

And it re-ignites my quandries:

(1) 1.7 million foreclosures RIGHT NOW.

(2) 4.3 million foreclusres ON THE WAY.

(3) Citi and BankOfAmerica and so on .... appear
to be struggling to keep up with (1)

(4) Who owns the mortgages on (2)?

(5) Lets say that price inflation is running 7%
and unemployment 7%.

(6) There are a trillion SUV's about to go in the
toilet - and whats gonna happen to that associated debt?

(7) The DEBT WALK-AWAY ERA is here and I ain't smart
enough to grasp the consequences of it.

(8) It will take some MUCH lower price points in houses to
get rid of these 6 million foreclosures - or whatever
the actual number turns out to be.

(9) Finally, no matter who is elected - they will
(I think) support some kind of housing bailout.

regards,
John
