You wouldn't understand it. To you America is faultless to the point where debate is not allowed....it is immediately branded anti Americanism.
I have no problem with some criticism of America. But when we're called on to defend ourselves against terrorist attacks, don't criticize. When we have, utterly, the best health care system in the world, don't chronically tell us how we do such a lousy job of taking care of our people -- it is an outright lie. Don't tear this country down, that's all I ask of the Left.
You, tejek, SilentZ, and particularly Chris (Chris, admitted, is in a different category because there is reason to believe he is dealing with a mental problem), are America bashers, through and through. So much so that one who reads what you write must ask himself, "Why the hell are you here?" If I felt about America the way your writings suggest you do, I wouldn't live in this place. I'd move to France or where ever, but I'd get the hell out of here. I would not live in a country about which I feel as you indicate you do. |
