Which is fine with me. I have argued here before that an American citizen should have the same rights in all 50 states, not be deprived if they happen to be stuck in an odd corner with peculiar views. You're assuming you will always agree with rights granted. Are you sure that's the case? Are you sure no state will ever grant a "right" that you don't consider qualified to be a right or that you think is harmful?
