Escrowed shares generally refer to shares held by a third party. So who has these escrowed shares? Are they being held by somebody Cornell gave to? Are they being considered as in Cornell's possession? Or are they being returned too? It wasn't made 100% clear. Also, exactly how many shares are we talking about here? All my opinion, Shane
