Umm, you do realize that over that time horizon the remaining disabled from WWII, Korea and Vietnam will have died? So you shouldn't expect those costs to have doubled due to inflation? Your question makes no sense. As those veterans die, their costs are no longer incurred. I'm sure you meant something sensible, but I can't figure out what your point is based on what you wrote. Sorry.
