John, Andrew Jackson and Abraham Lincoln are considered two of the greatest presidents in the history of America. Their views on preserving the Union fly smack into the supposedly omniscient wisdom of the Founding Fathers, or at least your (mis)representation of said wisdom.

Are you going to consider Andrew Jackson and Abraham Lincoln to be tyrants? Never mind what New Orleans or the Confederacy thought at the time. Use 20/20 hindsight and tell me whether YOU consider those two presidents to be "patriots" or "tyrants."
