I agree with both you, jefferson and scalia. What about the right to bear arms or states rights or that damned electoral college. You see, i am one of those leftists who believe the constitution should be reinterpeted based on new realities on the ground by strict oonstructionist judges but that doesnt mean it cant grow as in Brown vs Board of Ed.
