You dont agree with brown vs board of ed then? Or the better question is do you have the balls to admit it How did the Constitution grow with Brown vs Board of Education? The Brown case merely overturned an existing "interpretation" of the 14th Amendment. How are you going to guarantee your Brown case won't be overturned in the future? That's the point you missed before you exposed your racism. The Constitution should be amended to abolish segregation, but with the "victory" you think you achieved through activist judges, there is nothing to prevent it from being overturned again in the future by another group of activist judges.
