Illegal immigrants may be breaking a law but are not criminals. Just like every driver in US has broken the driving laws of the land, but is not a criminal. As for the taxes, even illegals pay through sales and other indirect taxes. They pay their taxes by working for less wages then they deserve otherwise, and everyone benefits from that discount. -Arun
