Why does a local government have the right to shove religion on minors under any circumstances except some kind of authoritarian community, when the federal constitution explicitly forbids it? Why does the fed have the right to shove its laws on a community that believes religion belongs in everyday life? Washington DC is far from Cleveland TN in many ways. There are no lines once the rules are suspended. We suspend rules all the time...have you never exceeded the speed limit or parked in a No Parking zone? Fudged on your taxes a bit? Driven after having a few? You admittedly enjoyed dope back in the day. Civil disobedience, man! (Granted, I would not like for it to go too far, just enough to keep the fed from becoming too onerous.)
