Riesling is the Queen of grapes, if Cabernet is King. I do not drink it as often as I did 10 years ago as I've gone more "new world" with wine but a fine ir even just good Riesling is amazing with food. I think that people were so brainwashed regarding "sweetness" in wine, that Riesling almost disappeared from wine lists. MP
