Its the quarry in Sheburne county silly. Just has trees and soil on top of it hiding the quarry from those even bashing posters that are trying to steal the assets. The extra cost of doing it all undergorund makes som much sense than the traditional open pit that every other gravel quarry in the world has.

Smitty is a wise man to hide the quarry so noone can see it as so many evil crooked people down that way.

Oh yes the $100k purchase price
