Technically it's no different than a placard with a message on it.....it clearly demonstrates one's national pride, but like prayer many people feel they have too do in front of a group...

Which reminds me of the Mexican flag issue in the school....the students were simply showing their ethnic pride. There are thousands even millions of flags from different nations flown around this country by people telling us of their ethnic pride. I have a neighbor who paid hundreds of dollars to have a large flag pole erected in front of his house on which he displays the US and Irish flags.....Ireland's on the bottom.
