You should go on politics. you'd be sucessful. :-)

It more a matter of semantics.

1) If people are eating less, they are not doing that on purpose it is because they have run out of money to buy it.

2) The root cause is because there is less of it, price went up and the availbe supply is directed to the ones with more money to buy.

3) Yes the shelves of the supermarkets are not empty. But if you look to reserve stocks they are being depleted because there is more demand than supply.

4) Yes there is people making this big than it actually is: World Bank sees this situatoon lasting until 2015.

5) and yes again, stocks are being replenished. Brazil can kick in easly, 100 million heactares of pasture to be used to food crops. Our cattrle are raise din luxury. Land, trees for them to have siesta under. All land that can be planted if the price is up.
