The objection by the Latino activists is not that it is likely to do these things. The objection is that it is an illegal hate group. The objection is bogus. However, the reason the sign was taken down was the intimidation, pressure, suggestions that riots or other violence would result if Caltrans did not take it down.

BTW is that how you define free speech? If someone doesn't like the speech and threatens riots or violence then that speech should be forbidden? I know you don't, based on your other comments.

Your application of principle is inconsistent. If you've been wondering why you lose every argument with me? There it is...and its why you always get caught in your own web of disingenuous mean spirited tripe.
