This stock is not a dog, no stocks are.

Its the management, the business or the projects that make them dogs.

What was the problem with the company when the VSE halted the stock ?
-- involvement of undesireable people ? The VSE did not identify nor indict anyone or explain what was wrong with the company. The stock price was rising too fast (shareholders making money for fast) ? The VSE made this stock a dog and killed it.

Who lost ? The poor stockholders. They were robbed by the unexplained action of the VSE. A class action must be taken against the VSE for damages and to stop the from further such actions. No regulators should be allowed such blatant use of their powers and walk away without answering for it.

The VSE approved the new people. They are doing a lousy job. The President is muddled and unfocused. Madagascar, more Madagascar, China (which was a dog), and now no China, no Madagascar and more Madagascar.

They make misleading announcements or the writer has a language problem (or great skill). The announcement on "financing" - that's not "financing", thats "debt settlement". Now how did the VSE let this get away ? Are the present people in the company "so acceptable" by the VSE to let all these slip by ? Read everything with a magnifying glass.

Either kill this dog or give it a good wash !!!
