Can't say I disagree with anything you said, and feel, Mike. But WHO is going to run? and when is he/she going to do it? Remember I wondered outloud to LB a few days ago if McCain was really going to be the Repub candidate? But I think all of us have the same general and omnipresent feeling of impending doom.... It wouldn't be so bad if the Dems won everything, IF the rest of us had even a glimmer of hope that there wa some light on upstairs in any of their heads. Most of the Dems are so far overboard Socialist Left that the rest of us are recoiling. Why continue to try to earn money? Why continue to help other countries? Why not withdraw our money from whatever investments we have it and just withdraw? aka John Galt. We have NOT had a single Debate with people who know what they are talking about on possible Climate Change. Not a single solitary one. And Yet, we have people like the 3 candidates and Algore and his minnions yammering about something they have absolutely no proof of at all. And these same folks are the ones that have the power to actually destroy our country. I don't think GW is anyplace close to being as important as ND and Border control, nor with the SC nominations. Just one terrorist attack of major consequence will totally enrage us as a citizenry. The dang politicians simply don't realize how upset most people are about this. We are spending billions of dollars trying to protect this country (airports, ports, dams, etc) and yet all of them are turning away from enforcing our laws on immigration. ANYONE can come into this country if they really want to. BUT We do need someone to take control of the Republican Party and shake it up....We need someone to tell the Dems AND THE AMERICAN PEOPLE that the GW Emperor has NO clothes, and really has NO Brain either. I say that in jest, but am not laughing. None of us are laughing. The Global Warming nonsense has tentacles in far too many areas of the economy to be taken lightly. We simply cannot as a nation remains prosperous if we continue to send trillions of dollars to foreigner governments for energy. It emboldens dictators from Venezuela to the Middle East and gives them tremendous influence and leverage in the inner workings of our government. >>>>>Someone needs to run as a "Common Sense Conservative" and stop this nonsense ASAP! Otherwise, I fear the standard of living we've come to enjoy will be in serious trouble.
