Change to board of directors Jersey Goldfields Corp JRGShares issued 184506441997-10-15 close $0.23Wednesday Oct 15 1997Mr James Yates reports Effective October 15 1997 the company has accepted the consent to act as a director of the company from Brian Fairbank. The company has accepted the resignation of Barry L. Ching as president and in his stead, has now accepted the appointment of James E. Yates. Mr Ching will remain as a director of the company.
