New Parksville condos will be sold to highest bidders at Ritchie Bros.' first all-real estate auction in Canada biz.yahoo.com Wednesday May 14, 9:00 am ET PARKSVILLE, BC, May 14 /CNW/ - On June 21, 2008, five brand new luxury condominiums in Parksville, BC will be sold to the highest bidders - regardless of price - at the first Canadian real estate-only auction ever conducted by Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers (NYSE and TSX: RBA). The luxury condos are the last five remaining new units in the Onyx at Craig Bay in Parksville. The June 21st auction will be strictly unreserved, with no minimum bids or reserve prices. Every condo will be sold to the highest bidder on auction day. The unreserved public auction will be held at the River Rock Casino Resort in Richmond, BC, in conjunction with two live auction simulcasts taking place at the Tigh-Na-Mara Resort in Parksville and the Deerfoot Inn in Calgary, AB. Open houses will be held at the condos every weekend from now until auction day.
