Of course, McCain was cleared of any wrongdoing in the incident -- but I suppose only Republicans (not terrorists) are considered criminals whether or not convicted.

McCain was part of the Keating 5 investigation for ONE REASON ONLY -- without him, it would have been ALL DEMOCRATS.

There was never any showing, or even a real hint, of impropriety on McCain's part. And it is a nonissue for the election.

Unlike Obama's terrorist ties and racism.
