Another thought...

Just how much capital do they need? If they put out only 1 million new shares, they'll get 38 million at tonight's price. What if the price hits 50, then 50 mil. (they did only 39 mil rev in 3Q!).

I don't think they'll have to put many shares into the market to raise cash. The dilution shouldn't be so bad. It might make the trading action a little more stable.

So even though the idea of raising cash in the marketplace is a bummer, I don't think it's going to be a big deal.

A split is still possible. They would probably have to have a board meeting first to decide. To my thinking, a split is desired only to make the trading less volatile. Otherwise, there's no real need at this time.

Did anyone listen in on the conference call?
