Mike, thanks for your thorough (and positive)response about the annual meeting. Concerning "what if they want to unload?" -- i know they are under restrictions about selling for a significant length of time, but reading the proxy statement on this point gave me a headache. can anyone translate it? (i.e., re. restrictions on sales of ATMI stock by the former owners of the ADCS Group and Lawrence) tom phillips
