I just shake my head when I think how people like you get so upset over abortions or gay marriages when it won't make a single bit of difference to your life whether there are law for or against them. After all, you aren't likely to get an abortion, know anyone who might get an abortion, or be ready to marry a gay. No wonder you are frustrated. All that anger and it won't change your life one way or the other.
