I concluded a case just last year where the plaintiff first rendered himself a quad and then proceeded to die after misusing construction equipment in the course of painting the exterior of a house. The homeowner ended up paying the lion's share of the loss. [My client was a product manufacturer with no liability.]

I'm sure that homeowner had a great deal of agita before the plaintiff passed away. The kind of injury he had
was potentially worth multi-millions.
